- Secure Fermentation and Heating: The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A unidirectional exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods such as wood fire, gas stoves, and gas stoves, preventing deformation and damage. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation.
- Secondary Distillation System: A thumper keg is added in front of the cooling pot, delivering purer and richer flavors.
